The agreement sees Sky Sports officially integrate the Twenty3 product into their workflow, adding to their extensive content portfolio.
The Content Toolbox will be used by a range of different teams across the company: Sky Sports News, Broadcast (Kings of the Premier League), Sky Sports Digital and Sky Sports Stats.
Each team will enjoy access to the Content Toolbox’s Smart Graphics, Football Lab and Insights tools, which feature Twenty3’s exclusive data visualisations.
Simon McMillan, Twenty3’s CEO, said:
“2020 is going be another great year for sport and Sky Sports will again be delivering the biggest games and the best stories to audiences across the UK. I am very proud that Sky Sports have entrusted Twenty3’s Content Toolbox to help tell the stories behind the stories and deliver new insights to sports fans. I look forward to seeing the creative ways in which they will use the product across their diverse channels in the coming year.”
Sky Sports have played a key role in the development of the Content Toolbox, testing and offering invaluable feedback during the product’s evolution over the last twelve months.
Adam Smith, Data Editor at Sky Sports, said:
“It’s been an enjoyable journey to see this product evolve and become a game-changing tool for our teams, providing us with instant insights to create and embellish stories across multiple platforms.”
The Twenty3 Content Toolbox features a number of tools which take the complexity out of producing content: allowing brands to produce insightful, data-driven and – importantly – accurate content, faster.
Twenty3 are looking forward to continuing to collaborate closely with Sky Sports to further develop, enhance and innovate the Content Toolbox.
