Job Description

To support our rapid growth and expansion, Twenty3 is looking for an exceptional Sales Manager with demonstrable experience in fostering new client partnerships and achieving revenue goals. 

This role requires an individual who relishes working in a fast-paced environment and who can flourish under pressure. As a key member of a small but energetic sales team we’re looking for a talented and tenacious team member who has the versatility to operate within an organisation at the forefront of the sports data and technology industries. 

Applicants should be self-motivated and results-oriented, with proven credentials in expediting buyer inertia and sales cycles. In addition to being an excellent communicator able to present our products or service benefits to potential clients, our ideal candidate will also demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills.

The Role

  • Build successful partnerships with new clients by identifying mutually beneficial sports data, technology and content solutions
  • Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets 
  • Proactively manage a qualified and engaged prospective partner pipeline
  • Organise and attend regular in-person and virtual client meetings, conferences and other industry events
  • Work with the sales and customer success teams to ensure the smooth execution and onboarding of new partnerships
  • Maintain a high standard of internal communication through the use of CRM tools, curation of sales reports and accurate revenue forecasting
  • Implement a continuous feedback loop with internal product, marketing and data engineering teams through the sharing of market feedback and industry developments
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of the sports data and technology sectors 

Applicant Profile

  • Previous experience of working in a B2B SaaS and/or sports sales or partnerships role
  • A target orientated individual able to deliver a highly professional service to a wide-ranging client base
  • A self-starter with the ability to identify and prioritise new partnership opportunities across multiple sports business sectors
  • A fervent learner of new technologies and the industries in which prospective clients operate
  • Confidence hosting virtual and in-person client meetings and willing to travel for meetings and industry conferences where required 
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • Confidence working with dashboards, data and technology, using insights to drive performance
  • Ambitious, self-motivated, results-oriented and professional discipline to work
  • Must be able to work well with others as part of a team
