Twenty3 expand Content Toolbox partnership with Catena Media

Twenty3-Catena-Partnership

Twenty3 are delighted to announce an extension and expansion of their Content Toolbox partnership with Catena Media.

As a result of the internationalisation of the Toolbox, Catena will now roll out the Twenty3 product to an additional 20 brands across Australia, Germany, Italy and Spain.

Leading football publisher Squawka, who are owned by Catena, already take advantage of the Toolbox to drive their content output and were recently nominated for the Best in Social and Best Media Organisation honours at the 2020 Football Content Awards.

The Toolbox lies at the heart of Squawka’s ‘stats worth sharing’ content and has contributed to a significant uptick in efficiency, audience growth and increased engagement across their vast social media portfolio.

Twenty3 have collaborated extensively with Squawka to develop a consistent look and feel for their brand. The Squawka team are now able to produce thought-provoking, visually compelling and data-driven content – which always conforms rigorously to their brand identity and guidelines – at speed and scale.

Having directly felt the benefits that the Toolbox can bring through the Squawka experience, Catena will now integrate the Twenty3 product across more brands, regions and territories than ever before.

While the Toolbox offers a plethora of benefits in the world of football analysis, it also streamlines and simplifies the process of producing graphics across all sports.

Anyone – whether it be a freelancer or an in-house writer – can produce on-brand graphics in seconds with no risk of design inconsistencies and no need to rely on the availability of design colleagues, whether during the day or out of hours when live fixtures take place.

Twenty3 will work with each individual brand from the graphic design process to the implementation phase to ensure a consistent approach is applied across all of Catena’s wide-ranging assets.

Lauren Mitchell, Twenty3 Head of Customer Data Services, said:

“We have a fantastic working relationship with the team at Squawka already and continue to collaborate very closely with them on product feedback and development. Catena have an impressive and extensive portfolio of brands, each of which we know will benefit massively from using the Toolbox, so we are very excited about this new opportunity. They’re a great group of people to work with who are very experienced at what they do and so we are looking forward to seeing what the future holds together, particularly as we add more features to the product.”

Isabel Hale, Catena Media Head of Sports UK and AUS, added:

“Twenty3 have helped us hugely elevate our stats and visuals offering across Squawka and we could not be more excited to develop this out into other Catena properties across multiple regions. We live in a visual world and Twenty3 offer the perfect solution to help take all our amazing content ideas to the next level. There are big things coming from both Squawka and Catena in the next year and we know Twenty3 are the perfect partner to support this. Bring on 2021!”

Twenty3 will continue to collaborate closely with Catena to identify other emerging opportunities in new markets and territories as the Content Toolbox develops further.
